Security & Access
Access the app using your registered email and password. If you're a new user, you can easily register using your policy number. Your information is protected by secure login procedures, including PIN verification when making changes to your profile.

FAQs
1. Can I change my email address?
Yes. Log in to MyVhi and go to ‘My Profile’. Select the ‘View’ button under ‘Details’ to update your email. You’ll receive a PIN code on your phone for verification.
Note: You can’t use an email already linked to another Vhi account. If needed, email info@vhi.ie for support.
2. Can I view my documents online?
Yes, through MyVhi (not the app). Log in, go to ‘Documents’, and click ‘View’ next to ‘My Documents’. You can also click the notification icon for new documents.
Documents are only available from the date you chose online delivery. For earlier files or issues, email info@vhi.ie.
3. Can I claim back medical expenses from the app?
Yes! Use the Snap & Send feature in the Vhi app to claim everyday medical expenses instantly.
4. Can I talk to a doctor through the app?
Yes. The Online Doctor feature lets you book video consultations with Irish-based doctors for real-time medical advice.
5. What if I forget my login details?
You can recover or reset your login details via the app’s login screen or through the MyVhi website. If needed, Vhi Customer Service is ready to help.
