Mobile T-Log

The Mobile T-Log feature allows users to view a list of unread T-Logs categorized by notification levels. Users can mark T-Logs as read and create new T-Logs that include photos, facilitating better documentation and communication. To access this module, please contact your agency's administrator.

Mobile ISP Data

This tool enables healthcare professionals to collect service data from any location. It includes electronic visit verification through GPS location recording, capturing pictures of individuals at the service location, and adding signatures using fingertips or stylus pens.

Mobile MAR (Medication Administration Record)

The Mobile MAR feature provides access to a list of scheduled medications, allowing users to record and administer both scheduled and PRN (as needed) medications and treatments. Users can also view allergies, diagnoses, and images of medications. 

Mobile Scheduling/EVV (Electronic Visit Verification)

This feature allows users to view schedules for specific dates on the Agenda List page. Users can check in and check out, as well as add comments after service delivery. Access to the Scheduling/EVV module requires your agency's administrator to facilitate access.

Password Reset Tool:

Users with the administrative role for password resets can access the Password Reset tool directly from the app, ensuring that they can manage their login credentials efficiently.
