No prior experience is needed. Reliable, detail-oriented individuals with strong written skills and access to a smartphone or computer can apply. Shoppers must be 18 or older and submit reports by noon Central Time the day after their shop.

2. Am I applying to work for your company?

No, shoppers are independent contractors, not employees. Shoppers choose assignments individually and can accept or reject them freely.

3. How much do I get paid?

Payments vary by assignment, ranging from $15 for simple shops to hundreds for more extensive ones. Some shops reimburse purchases, like meals at restaurants, which is explained before accepting the shop.

4. Do I have to pay any fees to become a Shopper?

No fees are ever charged to become a Secret Shopper®. Some assignments may require purchases, but these costs are reimbursed or factored into the payment.

5. How do I communicate with support or coordinators?

The app allows sending emails directly to coordinators for scheduling or support questions, ensuring smooth communication throughout your assignments.
