Before using My Leaf, make sure you have:

• An active NissanConnect subscription

• A registered NissanConnect account

• Your vehicle added and verified in the official NissanConnect app

Important Notes:

• North American vehicles and models produced before 2016 are not supported.

• My Leaf relies on Nissan’s online services. If those services are unavailable, My Leaf will also be affected.

Q: Which vehicles are supported by My Leaf?

A: My Leaf currently supports the Nissan Leaf, Nissan Ariya, and Nissan e-NV200. Please note that North American vehicles and models produced before 2016 are not eligible due to differences in system architecture and regional Nissan service endpoints.

Q: What do I need before using My Leaf?
