It enables fast receiving, sending, and returning of shipments via Parcel Locker® locations, while also offering real-time tracking and seamless online shopping through InPost Pay. Send Parcels Without a Label

Parcels can be sent 24/7 from any Parcel Locker® without printing a shipping label. The app allows lockers to be opened remotely, via QR code scanning, or by entering a shipping code directly on the Parcel Locker® screen.

Remote Locker Opening

Remote opening removes the need to touch the Parcel Locker® screen. With a single tap in the app, the locker opens automatically, ensuring speed, comfort, and hygiene.

Easy Parcel Returns

Returns to partner online stores are quick and hassle-free. There is no need to print a label—return details are completed in the app, and the parcel can be sent from any Parcel Locker®.

InPost Pay for Faster Shopping

InPost Pay enables one-click shopping in participating online stores. After a one-time registration, purchases are completed without logging in, filling out forms, or managing excess emails. Payments, delivery choices, order statuses, and notifications are all handled in one app.

Shipment Tracking and Notifications

All incoming and outgoing shipments can be tracked in real time. Push notifications provide updates on status changes, while parcels ordered within the last 30 days remain visible after logging in.

Redirecting Courier Deliveries

If a courier delivery cannot be received at home, the app allows easy redirection to a Parcel Locker®, PUDO point, or a neighbor’s address with a single click.

Extending Pickup Time

Parcel Locker® pickup deadlines can be extended by 24 hours. A dedicated “Extend” option appears 12 hours before the deadline, allowing quick payment and confirmation directly in the app.

Accessibility and Convenience Options

The Ease of Access Zone enables parcels to be delivered to lower lockers, supporting people with disabilities or shorter stature. Multi-locker functionality allows multiple parcels to be collected from one locker in a single pickup.

Cashless COD Payments

Cash on delivery shipments can be paid securely using PayByLink transfers, offering convenience and full control over payments.
