Previously known as the GARUDA App, BLOApp empowers BLOs to perform field tasks, verifications, and submissions directly from their mobile devices ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and real-time data reporting in electoral processes.

Collection of AMF/EMF Data:

This feature allows BLOs to collect Assured Minimum Facility (AMF) and Extended Minimum Facility (EMF) data to ensure that Polling Stations meet required infrastructure standards.

GIS Coordinates Capture:

This feature allows capturing the exact geographical coordinates of polling stations to aid in accurate mapping and location services.

Polling Station Photo Update:

This key feature allows BLOs to upload updated images of polling stations, helping maintain up-to-date visual records for official use.

Form Submission on Behalf of Electors:
